一般餐盒應密封在塑料包裝袋中,包裝袋不應有破損,包裝不嚴密的餐盒容易受到環(huán)境的污染,衛(wèi)生得不到保證。

要仔細查看包裝標志上是否標注了”產品名稱、 生產者廠名、廠址、產品執(zhí)行標準、生產日期、保質期、衛(wèi)生許可證”等國家規(guī)定必須標注的內容,如標志內容標注不全或者不規(guī)范,則這樣的餐盒最好不要購買。

質量好的餐盒盒身的色澤應均勻、輪廓清晰,口不應有明顯的凹陷、起皺。

注意盒口平整、光滑,無廢邊、毛刺,杯身應清潔透明,厚薄均勻, 無雜質、氣泡、水紋,無魚眼僵塊等現象。

Pay attention to the flatness and smoothness of the box mouth, without any waste edges or burrs. The cup body should be clean and transparent, with uniform thickness and no impurities, bubbles, water marks, or fish eye blockages.

要選用盒身硬度較好的餐盒,盡量選擇盒壁厚實、硬挺的餐盒, 在選擇餐盒時,可用手在餐盒的兩側輕輕擠壓,大致可以知道盒身硬度的好壞。
